Hypnoki.

The unbridled combination of hypnotherapy and Reiki.
Through the evolution and understanding of both hypnotherapy and Reiki, both seemed to merge into a modality with legs
(and arms, and frankly, it’s own mind).

This modality combines the active energy work of Reiki with unique hypnosis and guided imagery of hypnotherapy. This modality is entirely intuitive and involves work of both the practitioner as well as as client.

Some info on Reiki:
Usui Reiki is a Japanese lineage based healing modality which was coined in 1922 by the spiritual teacher and doctor Mikao Usui in Japan, who studied and taught extensively Buddhist, Taoist, and Shinto practices.
The levels of Reiki operate in levels I-IIII.
My expertise is level IIII: Reiki Master Teacher.

The practice uses universal life force energy (Chi, prana) to identify energetic blocks and resistance in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

The practitioner acts as a vessel in order to gently guide energy through the hands and breath to the areas in the body that might hold stagnancy, resistance, energetic blocks, or traumas stored in the body.

My style?
The spice of Reiki I (personally) practice is a combination of Usui Reiki, Transformational Reiki (A break off of the Usui lineage, taught at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts), myofascial massage, and training/expertise in hypnotherapy to create the modality of Hypnoki.

Why Hypnoki? How did it happen?

Like anything spiritual, things evolve.
It’s encouraged to trust these evolutions as they come and
let them teach you rather than you controlling them.

I found I was practicing with hypnotherapy clients while including Reiki,
and Reiki clients the same with hypno clients.

Per my training, (most of) my clients at one point, were
experiencing the hybrid of both modalities.
It’s as if both masteries lended themselves to one
another and had a more interactive child.

Hypnoki provides the access to the subconscious,
similar to hypnotherapy or guided imagery,
however provides more inclusive,
hands-on participation with the client so that
the client might have a better retention and participation of the session.
This, essentially trance hypnotic dialogue with Reiki
simultaneously being done to cleanse and hold space
for all needed energetic movement.
It’s pretty unbelievable if you ask me.

This Modality:

  • Combines conscious practice and subconscious awareness

  • Involves active hypnosis and meditation techniques simultaneously with Reiki to combine energetic and mental/physical shift from both client and practitioner

  • Includes psychic development for client in the form of interactive intuition building, partnership, symbology, etc.

  • Is most often used for spiritual development, growth, and conscious retention of spiritual experience

Can you receive Hypnoki virtually?

Yep!
Same rules apply.
Time and space are unbound by location, and you are often more comfortable (especially initially) in receiving a session if you are in the space of your own residence. Imagine it as a blanket of security in your safe space that provides immediate trust and relaxation, ultimately allowing the energy to flow much more fluidly.
