Hypnotherapy.
Hypnosis is one of the most transformative things I have used as a tool to shift my own unhealthy belief systems and anxiety. I have dedicated training as a Certified Hypnotherapist from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, to which I have been completely shocked with every client experience that I have worked with from my training and beyond.
Hypno aims at adjusting and re-programming patterns of behavior within the psyche, allowing for irrational fears, phobias, negative thoughts and suppressed emotions to be identified and released.
When the body releases conscious control and defense mechanisms during the relaxed trance-like state of hypnosis, you are guided by suggestion based on your own verbiage, habits, intention, and goals. It’s like meditation tailored to how you learn, your fears, and your goals.
As hypnosis is most effective on a 1:1 level, and suggestions and verbiage is based on the language, barriers, and goal of the client.

Each session will include practices to work on until the following session.
Belief systems are reinforced by habit, therefore need to be replaced with a replacement pattern and habit until the belief system is completely replaced.

To set up a hypnotherapy plan,
an exploratory session might be conducted to understand the goals
of the client number of sessions desired or needed.

Hypnosis should not be done in replacement of therapy or prescribed prescription medication. Hypnosis should be done as a supplement to better embrace holistic health.
