Hypno aims at adjusting and re-programming patterns of behavior within the psyche, allowing for irrational fears, phobias, negative thoughts and suppressed emotions to be identified and released.
When the body releases conscious control and defense mechanisms during the relaxed trance-like state of hypnosis, you are guided by suggestion based on your own verbiage, habits, intention, and goals. It’s like meditation tailored to how you learn, your fears, and your goals.
As hypnosis is most effective on a 1:1 level, and suggestions and verbiage is based on the language, barriers, and goal of the client.

Reiki I & II: $500

Reiki I & II
What you will receive:
-Access to Reiki symbols and blessings of the ancestors for levels I and II
-An understanding and practice of how to perform Reiki on yourself and others
-A certificate that is recognized worldwide
-One on one attunements to each level
-Traditional Usui hand placements and teachings along with modern tools
-A guide to breathwork and invocations in Reiki
-Ethical foundations of Reiki and spiritual work

-Business tips for marketing for Reiki and other spiritual modalities
-A certificate that is recognized worldwide
-One on one attunement
-Two additional, exclusive (only to this form of Reiki!) symbols
-Advanced techniques including: Hypnotherapy, mindfulness, sound healing, and psychic tips
