Yoga.

The practice of holistic yoga finds its roots
through the eight limbs of yoga disciplines:


Postures, Meditation,
Concentration, Conscious Breathing,
Moral Restraint, Bliss, Observances,
and Turning Inward.

As a holistic teacher,
I choose to combine multiple limbs
within any specific practice.

Asana (posture) practice is never solely based
on entering and exiting shapes.

I choose to not only welcome,
but embrace all body shapes,
levels, limitations, lineages, religions,
and stories.

I:
Most Accessibility.

This level is all access!

Subscribing to my YouTube channel and
following my Instagram and Tik Tok will allow
you to gain access to various yoga and
mindfulness/pranayama tips,
tricks, exercises, and motivation.

II:
Most Community.

This level is for the public!

Yoga Zoom classes are specifically
focused on integrating practices
and the four elements:
Air, Water, Earth, and Fire.

All classes are inclusive of all levels, bodies, variations of melanin,
lineages, histories, and injuries/sensitivities.

III:
Most Collaboration.

This level is for personalized training!

One-on-one yoga sessions provide an opportunity to
experience a customized yogic practice
based on your mental/physical focus,
sensitivities, experience, and schedule.

All sessions are 60-75 minutes and include:
-Asana (shape) training based on
physical focus, sensitivities, and
level of experience/modifications
-Custom meditation and affirmation
practice based on life goals,
personal goals, and belief systems

Individual Session Investment:
$60/session

Multi-Session Investments:
Three session investment: $170
Five session investment: $280
Ten session investment: $550
